About Hunters Land Management
Hunters Land Management is a Limited Liability Company specializing in landowner consultation and services. Hunter Fodor, owner of the company, is a one-man crew that advises and oversees management of private landowner's property and forest.

As a consulting forester, within the Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF) organization, this company is held to standards that forbids financial ties to industrial timber markets.

What does this mean: I work directly for, and only for, the landowner. No financial ties in timber markets mean I have absolutely no finacial conflicts when advising on forest management.

About Me
Growing up on a family farm gave me a lot of room to roam in the outdoors and I quickly fell in love with the woods and wildlife. I spent much of my childhood roaming the forest, hunting, and fishing. as I grew older I took a roll in the family business of logging. From this I grew a desire to learn more about nature and how to properly manage it.
After high school I began further education at Lake Superior State University and spent my free time enjoying the outdoors in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree, in Conservation Biology, I participated in numerous seasonal positions including AmeriCorps, the Michigan DNR, and the North Dakota Game and Fish. However, I realized my niche in ecosystem management was not to be in government service. I enrolled in the Masters of Forestry program at Michigan Technological University and found that my passion was in forest and land management for private landowners.
Since that time I have been able to assist private landowners across the Lower Peninsula of Michigan in proper forest and land management.
